Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about how to clean your salt pan benchtop.
According to the Kaboodle website they suggest the following: "Avoid using cleaners that contain citrus oils or citrus-based chemicals, as they may damage the surface of your matte benchtop. For matte finishes, clean only with a mild, non-citrus dishwashing liquid, water, and a soft microfibre cloth." This leads me to believe that the surface is quite sensitive to chemical cleaners, and I therefore don't recommend using anything chemically harsh or abrasive to clean the surface. My best advice is to wipe the surface dry with a clean microfibre cloth once you have finished washing the surface.

You could try a foaming cleanser as the foaming action is designed to lift dirt from uneven surfaces. Something like the below may work (no guarantees)
