Water is leaking down side wall of pool from approx 1 metre crack around border tiles at the top where pool wall meets concrete deck floor .
It is above ground pool .What is the best sealant to fix that problem ?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about the leak in the wall of your pool.
In order to give our members a better idea of how wide the gap is, would it be possible for you to share a photo of the actual gap between the pool and the concrete deck floor. Just to give you a perspective on the repair options, if the gap is not that wide and not that deep. It might be possible to seal the gap with a pool rated gap sealer.
However, if the gap has been neglected for some time and the depth of the gap is quite deep, I would suggest engaging the service of swimming pool repair specialist. In essence the gap needs to be repaired by filling it with an appropriate gap filler that will occupy any damage the water has done, this will support the pool wall and the soil and prevent it from caving in. The top gap will then be properly sealed once the damage has been repaired. This kind of repair must be done professionally for safety and compliance.

A crack in a concrete pool especially an above ground one (it has no real support from anything surrounding it) is especially concerning. you need the services of a concrete pool specialist as soon as possible as it could get worse fast (it may not but are you willing to take the risk?) filler may not be good enough if the cause of the crack is due to, for example, subsidence as there may still be stresses acting on the pool.
Hopfully there aren't any further problems but best to find out for sure!
