How to replace plastic drain hole covers?

Throughout my house (approx 30 years old) all of the plug holes across bathroom, laundry and kitchen have plastic drain covers. I eventually want to replace them all, but the ones in the bathroom - the basin and the shower - were particularly worn and gross - so I pulled them out. Now, I don't know what to replace them both with - photos with measurements below. Thank you in advance!

. Keep in mind though that this will sit too deep into the waste and might not line up with the shower floor.

Should you fail to find a compatible waste, I suggest engaging the services of a plumber to change your shower waste.

The last photo in your post is a version of an old Caroma plug and waste assembly. I've not seen a replacement set or spare part for this type of waste. My best advice is to engage the services of a plumber to change your basin waste to a new one such as the
