Could you provide us with a bit more information about your project? Is the image you've uploaded an inspiration photo showing what you'd like to achieve? If so, could you also share a photo of your existing porch and driveway? That will help our members provide advice that's specific to your situation.
One of the key things to check is how much clearance you have beneath the door sill. Could you measure the height from the driveway up to the underside of the door sill? That measurement will determine whether there's enough room to create a raised porch without causing issues at the doorway.
If there is sufficient height, a raised concrete porch is typically created by building formwork around the area and then pouring and finishing concrete to the required level. Depending on the height, reinforcing may also be required. As this can involve a significant volume of concrete and needs to be finished accurately, it may be worth enlisting the assistance of a concreter.
Another option, depending on the height required, would be to build a small deck over the existing surface. This can often be a simpler project and may achieve the same look while requiring less concrete work.
