- Materials:

RHS 75x50x3

RHS 50x50X3

STEEL CHECKER PLATE

AXLE KIT FROM HUNTSMAN - 1400KG DIY ELECTRIC BRAKE 2100mm

- Tools:

welder, spray gun for paint, basic hand tools and basic electrical equipment. Metal guillotine. Cold saw.

- Step 1:

That's an impressive HSC major work project. The finished trailer looks professionally built, and it must be satisfying to have created something that's both practical and purpose-built for transporting your track bike.

I'm sure our members would be interested to hear a bit more about the build. Did you fabricate the axle and suspension setup yourself, or use a trailer kit? It would also be great to see a few more photos from during construction if you have them, as they really help show how a project came together.
