How to repair or replace shower head?

I bought this from Bunnings about 5 years ago I think. The outer shower rim does not flow with water now only the hand held section. Can it be repaired or replaced. I believe they have a 10 year warranty but I don't know if I still have the receipt.

I really loved it as a shower head and so handy as I'm a renter and it gives me the best of both types of shower.

If your shower head does have a 10-year warranty, then a warranty replacement would likely be the easiest solution. Unfortunately, if the outer ring has stopped flowing altogether, it's unlikely to be something that can be repaired, as these shower heads aren't generally designed to be serviced internally.

I'd recommend having a look to see if you still have your receipt. If you can't find it, it's worth speaking with the team at the Bunnings store where you purchased it. Depending on how the purchase was made, they may be able to help you locate a copy of your proof of purchase or advise on the next steps for a warranty claim.
