The project:
My bedroom was quite plain and I have always loved the rainforest and birds so I bought bunnings wallpaper and did one feature wall in the bedroom . Painted the side wall with duck egg coloured paint
- Materials:
Duck egg paint from bunnings for side wall
8 rolls of wallpaper from bunnings online
The wall glue
Scrapers
Level
Drop sheet
Roller to roll the glue
- Tools:
The hardest part to make things match up with the already paper on the wall. Sometimes u do have to be very patient amd take a corner off and relay it while its wet , straight away.
- Step 1:
Prepped wall, drop sheets on floor stuck down with masking tape
Line up the first wallpaper to the corner cut to length roughly , use a roller to lay the glue on the wall, start at top and work downwards with a plastic wallpaper scraper work done and side to side .no bubbles
Line next sheet up u may have to cut a bit off to match up but the key for the next strip is to start from the side matching and now work across insted of top and down. U want it to be level and match up.
