Renovate study nook into laundry

The project:

this used to be a study nook and the laundry used to be in the bathroom on other side of wall. Flipped pipes and drain, added cabinetry, tiling, frame and plaster.

- Materials:

pine timber, plaster sheets, paint, tiles, Kaboodle cabinetry and bench, nails, pvc piping, wood screws.

- Tools:

claw hammer, cordless drill, circular saw, plaster fixing gun, silicone gun, screwdrivers, tape measure, nail gun, chisels, and a bin!

- Step 1:

remove carpet and trough undo piping and drainage.

- Step 2:

build wall frame and plaster.

- Step 3:

Install and run pipes back through wall

- Step 4:

install Kaboodle cabinetry and bench top. Install architraves.

- Step 5:

Lay tiles, caulk, paint.

- Step 6:

install trough, tapware.

- Step 7:

install Kaboodle overhead cabinets.

- Step 8:

hang door and install fixings.

From what I can see, you've created a fantastic little laundry that looks clean, modern and functional.

If you had any photos from before, or progress shots during the renovation, it would be fantastic to see them. I find that the before and after shots really help to tell the story and show what you've done.
