The project:

In 2020 my partner and I were 19 and bought an unliveable house to renovate in Queensland. The kitchen was our favourite project!

- Materials:

bunning tap, handles and light fixures

- Tools:

dewalt drill, saw and many many more with some Milwaukee tools.

- Step 1:

after we purchased the house we found termites, rat nests and snakes. So it was a full knock down! Everything had to go, the flooring, walls changed, paint, kitchen tear down and rebuild. We added a walk in pantry and started from the bottom

What an incredible transformation, especially taking on a renovation of that scale at just 19 years old. The new kitchen looks fantastic, and it's hard to believe where it started.

If you have them, we'd love to see some progress photos from throughout the renovation. I'm sure other members would enjoy seeing the journey from the original house through to the finished result. It would also be great if you could add a little more detail about the work involved and any lessons you learnt along the way.
