Our flooring has started to peel up at the edges over the past few months since we moved in. Just wondering how to repair?

It looks like the timber look veneer on your vinyl plank flooring has started to pull away from the core of the floorboard beneath.
My suggestion would be to apply a small amount of a high strength glue such as https://www.bunnings.com.au/sika-125g-sikabond-techgrip-high-strength-multi-purpose-polyurethane-adhesive-125g_p1660985 , press it down, wipe away any glue that squeezes out while it is still wet, then apply something heavy, such as some books or a weight plate over the glued section while it cures.
Make sure you leave the heavy object in place for 3-4 hours before removing it.
