Outdoor entertaining space using converted carport

The project:

once a caravan car port under utilised - concreted, framed & covered in & now our favorite place to relax & entertain. Antique USA white & woodlen grey boards. All recycled furnishings giving the area a very rustic Hampton feel

- Materials:

wall boards, framing, concrete, paint & supporting materials.

- Tools:

ladder, painting materials, nail gun & hammers & painting materials

- Step 1:

concept of how to convert an area that was just there - felt cold & made the back area look a little grubby

- Step 2:

concreted the area to but a base down - marble concrete in the entertaining area & blocked concrete in the two new shed areas

- Step 3:

frame up the area & plaster board it up on brackets - water proofing

- Step 4:

painted the whole area antique USA white & boards woodland grey to match the interior of the house - fix reo to the roof & place plants & watering system

- Step 5:

furnishings, tv’s & lighting & catering areas put into place
