The project:
Renovated an old cottage. The work included taking off the old wall cladding that was rotten and replacing the framework and windows and replacing the bathroom and kitchen.

Paint - Taubmans Surf Mist Exterior paint, Iron Stone paint, sealers
- Tools:
ladders, hammers, drills
- Step 1:
Dismantled where needed and removed unwanted items to tip
- Step 2:
Replaced exterior wall cladding
- Step 3:
Replaced roof insulation and wall insulation
- Step 4:
replaced flooring with tiled floors and timber floors
- Step 5:
Measured for deck and replaced with new
- Step 6:
Measure for porch and build porch with roof
- Step 7:
Replace all gutters and downpipes to whole building
- Step 8:
Prepared for painting for the walls and repainted
- Step 9:
Prepared roof, sanding and sealing and rust inhibitor and repainted three coats of Surf Mist
- Step 10:
Repainted the water tank to match
