The project:

I’ve converted a garage into a Granny Flat and I installed a Kaboodle Kitchen with the help of my son’s father in law. I’m in love with my kitchen. It’s super compact but hold everything I need.

- Materials:

- Tools:

spirit level, tape measure, pencil, impact driver, rubber hammer, stud finder, safety glasses, square set and a good music set list 👍

- Step 1:

Make appointment with the in-home specialist.

- Step 2:

confirm the design and pay deposit.

- Step 3:

organise delivery and receipt of delivery.

- Step 4:

Sort boxes.

- Step 5:

build base cabinets.

- Step 6:

make the small adjustments to fit dishwasher draw .

- Step 7:

build draws

- Step 8:

install shelving.

- Step 9:

Fit off doors/handles.

- Step 10:

organise stone-top measure up & install.

Your granny flat kitchen looks absolutely fantastic! It's amazing how much functionality you've fitted into such a compact space without compromising on style. The black cabinetry paired with the warm timber accents, open shelving and brass tapware creates a modern, welcoming feel, and it's clear that every centimetre has been thoughtfully planned. It's even more special knowing you built it together with your son's father-in-law. You should be incredibly proud of the finished result. If you have any progress shots from the installation, I'd love to see how this fantastic kitchen came together from start to finish.
