My partner is very talented our deck, some of the boards have been replaced using, Bunnings material & our deck needed some cover and this is the perfect Pergola

Pine structural treated H3 140×45mm, 90×45mm

Pine posts treated F7 KD H4 88x88mm

Bracket stayed Carina 400×350×25×3.5mm white

Strap tie plate strongtie 350x210x75mm black

Suntuf std polycarbonate corrugated 3.6m solar grey

Outdoor blind crank coolaroo x 4

Various size post supports

Hex head bolts M10×120mm M12x65mm

Coach screws M12x65mm

Merbau decking

PVC guttering and down pipes

Colaroo outdoor square shade

Bamboo screening

- Tools:

Drop saw

Electric drill

Belt sander

Various drill bits

- Step 1:

Cut timber to size

Paint timber

Concrete post supports

Bolt timber legs to post supports

Erect top frame

applied angles to corner supports

Apply roof battens

Screwed in polycarbonate roof sheeting

Added pvc guttering

Attached Colaroo outdoor blinds

attattached coolaroo shade sails underneath for added shade

Your partner has done a fantastic job creating a comfortable outdoor entertaining area. The pergola provides plenty of protection from the elements, and the addition of the blinds and shade sail makes it a space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
