Painting tools

- Step 1:

Layout planning - Budget, drawings, sourcing finishes and ordering long lead time items like windows and tiles

- Step 2:

demolition

- Step 3:

structural - new walls, cavity door install, head for wardrobe and blocking for wall linings

- Step 4:

rough in of services - electrical and plumbing

- Step 5:

window change out

- Step 6:

wall and ceiling linings - gyproc and settings, VJ install

Skirts and architraves

- Step 7:

waterproofing and tiling

- Step 8:

fit off of plumbing, electrical, cabinets, wardrobes, mirrors, shower screens, towel rack and toilet roll holders

- Step 9:

painting and carpets

- Step 10:

Bed side table - made from 6x travertine pavers and liquid nails
