- Step 1:
Steps: I got this old chair from a kerbside cleanup in Forbes NSW. The top had broken off and the man didn’t want it so all I had to do was saw off the broken dowels, drill holes for some screws and Bunnings PVA glue and screw the back and top back on. However, the screws stuck out a bit so I rounded them off with a 100 mm electric angle grinder I purchased from Bunnings for $32.98, which was an ABSOLUTE BARGAIN, let the glue dry overnight, and HEY PRESTO! A perfectly good antique chair! I couldn’t be happier! Thankyou Bunnings Warehouse and my new friend at Forbes NSW!
