How to bag brick garden bed?

Looking to bag the brickwork on this garden bed to give it some life and match the rest of our backyard style, before topping it up with soil and throwing plants into it. Have seen mixed methods online as to how to approach this. We want it to be white, so looking for recommendations on products to use and method to take. Confident with applying it DIY style. Bonus points if the product is a ready mix (just add water) to apply, but open to whatever is best recommended.

You'll want to start by thoroughly cleaning the brickwork with a stiff brush and pressure washer, removing all dirt, moss and loose mortar. Then, repair any damaged joints, by scraping out any loose mortar and refilling the joints with fresh mortar using a pointing trowel. Then, lightly dampen the bricks before applying the bagged finish.
