Laundry renovation using Kaboodle cabinetry

The project:

We are so happy with how our laundry Reno turned out! From the darkest room in the house, where we always kept the door closed when guest were over. To installing an internal glass door to show this space off!

- Materials:

Blonde oak ent Door
Kaboodle base cabinets 600mm

Kaboodle spice rack 150mm

Kaboodle pantry 900mm

Kaboodle wall cabinet

Soft closed hinges Hafele

Merbau FJ Lam Panel 2200mm x 600mm

Ceram Johnson Tile 300mm x 300mm

- Tools:

DCS570 18V 184mm Circular Saw

DCG406 18V 125mm Angle Grinder

DCF850 3 Speed Impact Driver

DCD996 3 Speed Hammer Drill Driver

- Step 1:

1st mission was rip up the original tiles

- Step 2:

We then got a plumber in to move some pipes for our sink and washing machine

- Step 3:

After the wall was patched, we started laying the hybrid flooring with under lay.

- Step 4:

Then we started making up the Kaboodle cabinets

- Step 5:

once the cabinets are in place it was time to cut and install the bench top. We also made a cut out and placed the sink in the bench top.

- Step 6:

plumber returned to connect the mixer tap and drain pipes for the sink.

- Step 7:

installed the entrance door

- Step 8:

tiled the splash back

- Step 9:

installed and plumbed in the dryer and washing machine

- Step 10:

Fixed some shelves to the wall and added some finishing touches

What a beautiful transformation! The warm timber benchtop, open shelving and fresh finishes have turned your laundry into a space that's both stylish and practical. I especially love the addition of the internal glass door, it really lets the room shine.
