How to build a ramp for robot vac?

Heya Bunnings workshop! I recently got a robovac and need help on making a little ramp for the little guy to get up and down the dip.

The height of the dip is 6cm and about 80cm wide across. Ideally the ramp can't be too steep otherwise it'll struggle getting back up. What would be the best way to diy a ramp? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for sharing your question about building a ramp for your robot vac. Some robot vacs have a large overhang past the front wheels so it's important that the ramp be long and shallow so that it can climb the ramp without stalling and catching its front end on the start of the ramp. I propose at least a length of 450mm so that the ramp does not have a steep incline. Keep in mind to include the thickness of the ramp cover in your calculations as it is not just the ramp frame but the top cover as well.
