I want to install artificial grass on my patio which has concrete floor, i have drain in the middle of area, i have 5m × 3.30m area. Please help

Could you please share some photos of the patio, particularly the drain and the edges of the concrete? This will help us see how the area falls and how the turf could be finished around the perimeter.
Artificial turf can be installed over concrete, provided the surface drains well and the existing drain remains accessible. The turf would typically be cut neatly around the drain rather than covering it and secured with synthetic turf adhesive and joining tape.

I am trying to put underlay and then install grass. Water drain has good slope i have never seen water staying on concrete
Hi @Anis,
Any underlay would need to be suitable for outdoor use, allow water to drain freely and be cut neatly around the existing drain so it remains accessible.
There may be specialist turf underlay systems available that can provide additional cushioning over concrete, although I’m not familiar with these products.
