Hello,
There is a hairline crack on matte white tile in my bathroom on drywall. Please refer to the attached photos. Please advise how I can fix the crack without changing the tile.

Unfortunately, there is no permanent way to repair a cracked tile without replacing it. There are aesthetic fixes, but unfortunately, if you want a repair that will solve the issue for good, it will need to be replaced.
As this is an extremely fine hairline crack, products such as grout or epoxy putty are unlikely to penetrate it cleanly and would almost certainly leave a more noticeable mark on the surface.
Rubbing a small amount of colour-matched paint into the crack and immediately wipe the surrounding tile clean with a damp cloth can help to reduce the appearance. This should reduce the dark line without leaving a raised patch, although it may need to be repeated if the crack becomes visible again. Test it somewhere inconspicuous first, as matching a matte-white finish can be difficult.
You will also want to consider replacing the cracked and damaged grout around the tiles as it will help to lock everything in place, tidy up the look and prevent further movement.
