Hi all. Lately I am seeing white marks on my fairly new hybrid flooring (approx 4 months old). Can anyone suggest how do I clean it. I tried wiping it with damp cloth but it doesn’t come off. I have also tried using white vinegar but it’s still there. Every few days I am seeing more and more of such marks seem to be appearing across the house

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your flooring.
I propose doing a little bit of an investigation first. What is causing these marks to appear? In your last photo it seems that someone is dragging an object over the floor and is causing it to leave white streaks and stains on the floor. Is it furniture or perhaps a toy that a child is pulling on the floor or could it be a pet or perhaps sandal wear that's scuffing the floor? Once you find out what is causing the white markings you can then stop it from occurring again.
In the meantime, I suggest just a basic wash with very warm water and detergent in combination with a stiff toothbrush. It might take several applications, but it should remove the white marking on your floor without bleaching or damaging it surface.

Hi Eric, yes the last photo, the mark (long white streak) is from a kids ride on toy scooter. But first 3 are more of a concern for me because they are appearing randomly every where and doesn’t seam to be from the ride on scooter. I have tried wiping with water and white vinegar but it’s still there. My biggest concern is if it’s a mould. I am unable to find the reasons behind the random white spots (other than couple long white streaks which was due to kids riding a scooter).

It’s quite unlikely that mould would form on the exposed surface of hybrid flooring like this. As the spots look similar to the marks you’ve identified as being caused by the ride-on toy, it would make sense that they could also be abrasion or scuff marks. However, the fact they’re turning white is unusual.
Have you had any success removing or reducing the marks with the warm water, detergent and toothbrush method Eric suggested? I’m trying to determine whether a white substance is being deposited on the surface or whether the flooring itself is turning white through abrasion. My initial thought is that something white, perhaps from footwear, furniture feet or another object, is being transferred onto the floor.
