How to fix leaking storm water T piece?

Hi

I have a 90mm storm water T piece that is leaking from the joins. The original T piece and connections was cut out as it was damaged and a new T piece, pipe and 3 slip coupling used in the replacement\repair. It was suspected that there was still a leak, so the connections have been exposed again and it was found that water is dripping out from the end of the couplings (away from the join, on all 3). One leak is dripping at approx 1 drop every second, the other 2 are a lot less than this.

What is the best way to fix this?

You could also look at self amalgamating tape, it is a rubber tape which when stretched as you wind it round the joint bonds to it's self and becomes a band of solid rubber. They do have it in bunnings but I am not sure what they call it, it will probably be in the waterproofing section.

@R4addZ The repair was done some time ago by a plumber, we dug it back up as the pavers were daker colour in the same area as the repair done a few years ago. It has the blue glue (type N I believe) on the joints.

I had thought of silicon and your answer has at least proven that I was possible thinking in the right direction.

Sounds like the fitting wasn't installed very well, was it a professional job? if it was, get them back to fix it, If it was DIY, did you glue the fittings on? if not remove them and then, after cleaning them up, glue them together. If you glued them and it is still leaking then you could put silicone around them as storm water pipes are not normally exposed to much pressure.
