I have two of these attached to the side wall of my house. Both of them went out over time and I wonder if this is something easy enough I could open and replace the bulb inside or is this something i should seek professionals help.

Without knowing the make and model of the fitting, it's difficult to say exactly how you gain access to the globe, if it has a replaceable one. As these aren't standard light fittings, the method of opening them is likely to be specific to that particular fixture.
It's usually a case of carefully examining the fitting to see if there are any obvious access points. Some lights have small screws holding the diffuser in place, while others need to be unclipped or even removed from the wall to access the globe. In some cases, the access point is actually behind the fitting. I do note a series of what could be grubscrews along the bottom leading edge. Undoing these could allow the front face to be removed.
It's also worth being aware that over the last 10 years, many outdoor lights have been manufactured as sealed LED units with a non-replaceable light source. These LEDs typically have a lifespan of around 10 to 15 years, but when they eventually fail, the entire fitting needs to be replaced rather than just changing a globe. If you can't see any screws, clips or other obvious way to open the fitting, there's a good chance it's one of these sealed units.
If you're unable to identify a clear way to access the light source or are unsure, I'd recommend enlisting the services of a licensed electrician. They can determine whether the fitting contains a replaceable globe or whether the entire light needs replacing and carry out the work safely if required. Are the silver dots we can see in the pictures, at the bottom of the fitting, screws? If so I would be trying undoing those first.
