Hello, we have this tap in our kitchen. It's been fantastic for almost two decades but now it's dripping constantly - does anyone know what kind of washer we should purchase, and is it easy to DIY?

Could you let us know where the leak is coming from? Is water dripping from the spout when the mixer is turned off, or is it leaking from around the handle or base of the tap?
As this is a mixer tap, it’s likely to use a cartridge rather than a traditional tap washer. Unfortunately, as this is not one of our products, I am unable to confirm this, however there's a decent chance this is the case.
Unfortunately, replacing a cartridge is, in most areas, considered plumbing work requiring a licence, so I'd say if it is the cartridge that is leaking, you will need to contact a plumber for assistance.

If the mixer tap is dripping from the spout when it’s turned off, the cartridge is the most likely culprit. Mixer taps generally use a cartridge rather than a traditional washer, and over time the seals inside this cartridge can wear and allow water to keep passing through.
Unfortunately, it seems likely that you'll need to have a plumber assist with replacing the mixer cartridge.
