How to connect balcony sink waste pipe to drain?

I am looking to connect the 32mm wastage pipe from the sink on my balcony (that I use for gardening and cooking) to the drain at the bottom of the second photo. Would it work if I ran a flex tube down the side of the wall and secured it with brackets and zip ties or would a pipe be safer/more suitable? I have very little trade experience so would ask a handyman to do tricky things like securing brackets. Inexpensive solutions favourable. Thank you!

Please note that plumbing work needs to be completed by a licensed professional for safety and compliance. Any changes that involve moving or reconfiguring pipework would be considered regulated plumbing work and would need to be carried out by a licensed plumber.

However, in saying that, I believe that it would be possible to install a pipe that would serve as a drain. But it would need to be installed by a plumber as it involves extensive pipework and proper drain installation. I recommend engaging the services of a licensed plumber and getting a quote for a proper installation of a drainpipe.
