There's a wooden shelf inside wardrobe by entrance door.
I want to remove the shelf and the box because i noticed disgusting musty odor that permeates to living room.
How should I go about removing the shelf and the box given they are glued to the electric switchboard which can be a safety hazard?

Electrical work involving connection to or modification of 230–240 V fixed wiring must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian laws and standards.
Due to the location of the switch board, I suggest engaging the services of a registered electrician to remove or relocate that switch board to a safer location. Once the switch board has been made safe, you can then remove the shelf with the necessary tools without worrying about electrical hazards. Please do not attempt to disassemble the switch board by yourself.
