I have checked my strip drain holding rain water due to incorrect fall, probably 10-15 years old
if water fills up then it push to connected pipe which is fine but how to fix fall without lifting whole drain?

Unfortunately, there is no method that I am aware of that would avoid lifting the whole drainage channel. As the issue is due to the substrate not following the correct fall, the only way to fix it is to lift the drainage channel, regrade the substrate so that it follows the correct fall, then reinstall the drain.

Considering the drain is connected to a pipe, to regrade the channel, that pipe may need to be disconnected, which means you would need to contact a plumber for assistance as for compliance and safety reasons, any work on stormwater pipes must be carried out by a licenced plumber.
