how to install corner cabinet hinge pack on existing corner base cabinet - ie what are the dimensions for the 5 hinge placements?

Could you please provide a little more information about the corner cabinet hinge pack you're referring to? If you can let us know the brand or model, or provide a link to the product, that would help us understand the setup you're working with.
Typically, a corner cabinet door wouldn't require five hinges on a single door. Corner cabinet configurations can also vary considerably depending on how the doors and cabinet are constructed.
Could you please upload a few photos of your existing corner cabinet, including the doors and current hinge locations? Once we can see what you're working with and identify the hinge pack, we'll be better placed to advise on the correct hinge positions and installation. I'm wanting to install 2 joined hinged doors on to a 900mm kaboodle kitchen corner base cabinet. I recently bought a kaboodle corner cabinet hinge pack (W-50350) hoping that would be the correct hinges to install..
i should also mention that I've made my own door blanks that i'd like to install on to the cabinet

Thank you for patience, I've contacted kaboodle for mounting measurements and they have responded with the information below.
First door – hinged to cabinet 134mm from top and bottom to the centre of the hinge cutout 22mm from the edge to the centre of the hinge cutout Hinge cutout 35mm in diameter drilled to a depth of 12.5mm.
Second door – Hinged to the first door Screw holes 118mm from top and bottom. Screw holes 150mm from top and bottom. Screw holes 32.5 from edge
Unfortunately, they do not have a visual guide for you to use. However, if you wish to clarify the measurements and mounting patters, they have suggested to call them directly on 1800 666 078 and press 4 on the menu for the technical and warranty team. They will be able to provide you with more information in regard to your project.
For ease of drilling into the door, I suggest using a https://www.bunnings.com.au/kreg-concealed-hinge-jig_p0202868 . This will guarantee that the hinge hole will be level and uniform with the other hinge holes that are to be drilled on the door.
