hi, in my back yard, my lawn keeps growing under the pavement, just wondering if there is anyway to prevent it? I have move the edge further away, do I need to fill the gap with anything? Thanks.

I'd suggest digging a root barrier in along the pavers. This will help prevent the grass roots from travelling underneath the concrete edging and making their way up between the pavers.
You could then lay weed matting over the channel and cover it with gravel. I'd also consider adding garden edging between the grass and gravel. Apart from keeping everything neatly separated, it will give you a nice visual line to follow when edge-trimming the lawn.
