How to cover gap between wall and ceiling?

I have this gap between the wall and ceiling, what would be the easiest way to fix it. The largest part of the gap is 65mm. I was thinking a 70mm cornice

I'd agree that a cornice is the best approach, but I have one quick question.

How exactly are you taking the measurements?

I ask because the measurement for a cornice is based on the distance from the corner on both the wall and the ceiling.

Our standard cove cornice comes in 55mm, 75mm and 90mm, with the 75mm cornice being a special-order item. If the gap is 65mm from ceiling to wall sheet, a 75mm cornice would be relatively close to the edge, so you'd have a minimal amount of flat wall to apply your cornice cement to. To be safe, I think it would be better to go with a 90mm cornice just to ensure you cover the gap easily.

You could still use a 75mm cornice, but you may need to add a sliver of plasterboard along the gap to ensure there is adequate backing for it. If you'd like that lower profile, it is certainly possible, but you may need to do some more work.
