What would be the best and easiest way to repair this tile I still have the broken piece and would love to repair it without replacing the entire tile and or shower floor. It also looks like the area around the drain is no longer sealed properly.

Since you still have the broken piece, I’d start by carefully cleaning the exposed substrate and the back of the tile piece to remove any loose material or old adhesive. This can be done with a bit of water, and a stiff bristled brush or a piece of steel wool.
You could then use a product such as Dunlop 250g White Ready To Go Tile Adhesive & Grout to stick the broken piece back in place, which conveniently works as both the adhesive and grout. Apply it to the back of the broken piece and a small amount along the broken edge before pressing it back into position.
Once everything has cured, you can tidy up the grout around the repair and finish by applying a suitable wet-area silicone, such as Selleys 300g White Wet Area Waterproof Silicone Sealant, around the grate. It is designed for wet areas and provides a waterproof, mould-resistant seal.
