What sort of sealant would I need for sealing a window on an external door?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about sealing your glass window.
In order to give our members a better idea of the installation or sealing situation, would it be possible for you to post a photo of the glass you are trying to seal? Once our members see it's condition we'll be able to offer recommendations.
While we are waiting for your photo, I would suggest looking at using https://www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-310g-clear-glass-silicone-sealant_p1234951 as a possible sealer. It is suitable for interior and exterior use, It's also suitable for use on aluminium, stainless steel, most woods, rubber, glazed ceramics and many plastics.
