Looking to mount my tv but I have an intercom in the middle of my wall. Ideas for working around this? I’m trying to avoid cutting into the brick wall so maybe an external wire? But open to other suggestions

I don't really see any way of hanging the TV from the wall with the intercom where it is. The logical solution to me is to have a professional come and move the intercom for you.
With free access to the wall, you can then just hang your TV following the instructions included with the mounting bracket.

If you are in your own place then you could could install a Junction box on the surface of the brick wall and extend the run via some thin ducting to the right towards the door. It will be hidden behind the tv mount so you wont be able to have a narrow mounted tv is all.
PLEASE NOTE -
If you are under a strata title rule or are in a block of units then you will probably need to get the okay from the body corporate to change anything. The power supply for a shared service intercom will be out of bounds for you.
So first step get the ok.
Second step engage a intercom professional
Third step Mount your TV

Providing this is your property, I would get an electrician to chase (make a channel) the wall to the right in order to run an extended intercom cable to the right next to the door. You shouldn't need any permission for this as your not actually adding or modifying the wall. The electrician could also do the same with the power and other TV connection cable from behind the cabinet to central behind the TV's wall position. Then fill the channels, prime paint the fills and repaint the wall. Then the TV can be mounted centrally as required by yourself or installer.
I've essentially done the exact process as above when renovating a double brick storeroom wall when turning it into a bedroom. Cables were first chased through the brickwork, but then covered with plasterboard.
