How to order laminate flooring recently discontinued?

Floor Select 8mm Astral Oak laminate flooring.

Two weeks ago I was able to buy it but didn’t buy enough for my other rooms, and then noticed yesterday at the shop. It was discontinued and have rang my local store which says it shows as unavailable. Can anyone help me with how I would find boxes or if I can ring The customer service Bunnings hotline and get them to inter store transfer boxes? Please help 🙏🙏🙏

Would it be possible for you to please post a photo of the packaging of the product. Can I also please ask for the Bunnings item number which you can see on the box or your docket. I would also like to ask for your general location or the closest store near your area. I'll check the surrounding stores to see if they have any of the flooring left in your location.

I believe the item number is 0522413 but I'm not 100% sure. Anywhere near 3810 Pakenham or even upto Morwell 3840

Thank your for your patience. I've had a thorough look from Narre Warren all the way to Brunswick. I'm sorry to inform you that there are no more stock of that flooring in the area. My best advice is to visit the closest store in your area and bring one of the flooring panels with you and see if you can find a laminate flooring that has a shade and profile that is close to territory ash. The other option is to find a colour and profile that will complement the territory ash.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run out of the Floor Select 8mm Laminate Flooring - Astral Oak and that it has been discontinued.

We’ll need to check whether there is any remaining stock in our system. If you can let us know the location of your closest store, we can check whether there are any boxes still available nearby.

Alternatively, if you’re passing by your local Bunnings, the team at the Special Orders desk can check the stock system and also enquire with the supplier to see whether an order can still be placed.

Unfortunately, I’ve checked our system and there isn't any of the Astral Oak flooring remaining. I’m sorry we couldn’t track down that extra box for you.

When a flooring product is discontinued, it’s often replaced by a new line with a similar colour and appearance. If you have a spare piece of the Astral Oak, I’d recommend taking it into Bunnings Mildura. The team there can compare it against the current flooring range and help you find the closest available match.

Hopefully, there’s something in the current range that blends in reasonably well with your existing floor.
