It’s an issue with the top pivot hinge for my metal‑framed sliding shower door. The small plastic pivot block (the grey part with the notch) has cracked/broken.Need advice on options to fix the issue.
Context:Theres a plastic fitting sits on top of the vertical door frame. It locks into the overhead track, holding the upper corner of the door in place.
The issue: The plastic piece fractured, so the door is no longer secured in the top rail, so the shower‑door dropped out / hangs loose. Note that metal frame of the door itself looks OK; failure is only in this small plastic pivot insert.
Question please – Do I just replace the plastic pivot block (if so is the part available at Bunnings?), or I need a shower‑glass repair tradesperson to swap the full top pivot assembly?
