How to repair holes in eaves?

hi I have holes in my eaves from security cameras and would like to know what the best way to repair them would be?

thanks Eric and Jacob that has helped a lot the holes are around the size of 50c pieces so I will try the wooden pop sticks and let you know how it goes.

If the holes are larger than those Eric has described, could you add some photos of them so we can have a look and advise?

If the holes are a bit larger, then it may require a more robust repair. If this is the case, it would be best to see them before offering guidance.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your eaves.

If the holes are only the size of screw holes, I suggest using

to fill the holes. Once the filler cures, I suggest lightly sanding the surface and painting over it. However, for larger holes it will be necessary to place a backing piece to support the filler. For example, if the hole is about the size of a 10c coin, I propose sliding a piece of

and using super glue to stick it inside the hole. Once the stick is firm you can then fill the surface with filler. Allow it to dry, sand the surface and paint over it.
