How to fix leaking Mondella tap?

Hi Eric, if you follow the link above I've taken a 6sec video of the link on my Mondella tap. The long push button also doesn't switch between spray and normal flow. The tap also leaks a little straight from the spout.

Is this able to be fixed, if so how? Or does it need replacing (if that's even possible)?

Thanks for sharing your question about your Mondella tap. If the tap is still under warranty, I suggest bringing just the head back to the store along with your docket and speak to the customer service team at the front desk. They will be able to track down your sale and process the warranty for you.

However, if the tap is out of warranty, I suggest replacing the tap head with either the https://www.bunnings.com.au/kinetic-chrome-conical-pull-down-dual-spray-head_p0656957 or the https://www.bunnings.com.au/kinetic-chrome-bell-style-pull-down-spray-head_p0656950 . Both of these heads have standard hose fittings and will fit the Mondella tap hose you currently have. The current head you have can't be repaired as there are no spare parts available for it. My best advice is to make sure that the flat O ring is installed into the hose before you attach the new head. Please keep your docket just in case you wish to exchange it for another model.
