Firstly, with any kind of overhead storage, it would be worth having a a professional assess your garage ceiling to ensure it is capable of supporting the weight being attached to it. Standard ceiling joists and roof trusses are not typically designed to support alot of weight, so I'd strongly suggest getting it assessed before committing to this kind of storage.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution that comes in white. There is the https://www.bunnings.com.au/4x8ft-overhead-garage-storage-rack-heavy-duty-adjustable-mounted_p1127808 which can be purchased online through Marketplace, however it is black. Perhaps you could paint it?
There's also these https://www.bunnings.com.au/storease-660mm-ceiling-storage-system-tub-mounts-3-pack_p0685821 , which are designed for use with storage tubs, but again, they are black so would need to be painted.
