The project:
Found a replacement for a discontinued Pacific sliding-door roller
If you're trying to replace a Pacific 1-1659 or a carriage marked RD.200815845, I found a replacement that works for the application:
🔧 Rolltrak R1080 Adjustable Carriage & Concave Roller
- Rolltrak part number: R1080
- Bunnings I/N: 3986483
- Roller: 32 mm acetal concave roller
- Carriage: adjustable steel carriage, 15 mm wide
- Overall size: approximately 76 × 40 × 15 mm
- Load rating: 25 kg per carriage
The original Pacific 1-1659 is discontinued, so this may help anyone who has an older Dowell or similar sliding timber door and can't find the original carriage.
The R1080 isn't advertised by Rolltrak as an official direct replacement for the Pacific part — this is a practical replacement I found and fitted successfully.
I've put the full cross-reference and details here so people searching for the old part numbers can find it:

If you've been looking for Pacific 1-1659, RD.200815845, or a replacement, hopefully this saves you some time. Please add a comment if you've found another compatible replacement or can confirm the R1080 works on your door.
