Can you please help me fix this paint chip on the wall. Please guide on what steps and products to use.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
You'll want to start by removing any loose or flaking paint to ensure all remaining paint is adhered well. In your case, you can see there is a slight bubble on the left of the chip that indicates the paint has lifted. You'll want to remove this using a paint scraper such as this https://www.bunnings.com.au/trojan-100mm-paint-scraper_p0093214 . Don't worry about making the chip larger, you will be fixing it anyway and it is a necessary part of the process. If you do not have any colour matched paint, bring the paint chip in store with you for the team to colour match. Ideally, the chip should be around the size of a 50c piece.
After removing the loose paint, you should dull the edges of the chip using a https://www.bunnings.com.au/rocket-fine-sanding-sponge-fine_p1661077 , then brush things down to remove any dust from the wall.
After these two steps, apply some filler such as https://www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-180g-spakfilla-rapid-gap-filler-180g_p1231864 or https://www.bunnings.com.au/sika-250ml-white-filler-101-fine-surface-filler_p1661254 using your paint scraper. You want the filler to sit flush with the paint, so you won't need to apply too much. Allow it to dry, then give it a sand with your sanding sponge.
Once dry and smooth, prime the patch, allow it to dry, then paint over it using a https://www.bunnings.com.au/monarch-100mm-14mm-nap-3-piece-walls-ceilings-mini-rollers_p0631957 which will help to blend things in with the existing texture on the wall.
