How to fix low water pressure from a new Mondella Resonance kitchen tap?

Hi there, recently bought and got a plumber to install a mondella resonance collection pull down tap, but the water pressure now is like horrible. Takes about 12 seconds to fill a 500mL container, so its no where near the 6L a minute that is on the box. is there something that we can do to boost the pressure? Old tap that we had wasn't anywhere near as slow as this so I don't know if there's something in the pipes that is blocking the flow?

Unfortunately, you'll need to contact a licensed plumber for assistance with this one.

If there is an issue with the installation itself that is causing the reduced water pressure, they'll be able to identify the cause and make the necessary adjustments.

If they determine that the installation is correct and the issue lies with the tap itself, they should also be able to provide you with a written statement confirming their findings. You can then take this to the store of purchase, where I'd suggest you speak with a manager about the warranty process.
