How to choose bathroom heat fan lamp?

Hi, I’d like to install a fan heater in the bathroom but I would like to have one where you can put half the heat on when needed. Is there a way to tell which ones do this, or is it something that the electrician can do with any of them?

The units with four heat globes, such as the https://www.bunnings.com.au/ixl-tastic-sensation-3-in-1-bathroom-heat-fan-light_p4442470 , provide a little more flexibility, allowing you to operate either two or all four heat globes depending on how much warmth you require.

With the two-globe models, the heat globes generally operate together, so you can't switch them independently. The heat function is either off or both globes are operating.
