How to fix cracking fibre cement pot?

Hi, I bought 3 of these fibre cement pot late last year and one of them has started cracking. Seems like its water proofing membrane has failed? Can you please advise if this could happen and what to do with it? And should I take it back to the store as it hasn’t been 12months. Seeking advise on this pot. It is one of the 1000cm models. And nothing big was grown in it. It had 3 drainage holes.

Any tips to fix it or better to get a new one?

I'm sorry to hear that your fibre cement pot has developed cracking.

If you feel that you haven't received fair use from the product, I'd recommend reaching out to the store where you purchased it and asking to speak with a manager. They will be able to assess the situation and assist you with an appropriate solution.

If you still have your receipt, it would be worth taking it along with you. If you no longer have the receipt but can locate the transaction in your bank records, a manager should be able to use the transaction details to locate and reprint your receipt for you.

I'd also suggest taking some photos showing the cracking, particularly if bringing the pot into the store is difficult due to its size or weight.
