hi, whilst working the below part of my chainsaw vanished into the scrub. Would a spare part assembly be available.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Spare Parts team, who should be able to assist with finding out whether the replacement part is available.
When you contact them, make sure you provide the model number of your chainsaw, along with the photo you've provided here and as much information as possible about the part you need. This will help them identify the correct component.
The Spare Parts team can then reach out to Ozito on your behalf to confirm availability, obtain a quote and, if available, arrange for the replacement part to be ordered and delivered.
