How to repair cracks in perspex feature wall tiles?

I have a feature wall of Perspex tiles approximately 25cm squared. They go from our ground floor to the second story.

The outside of the tile wall has been effected over the years by the sun, hairline cracks have appeared and in 2 cases the outside of the tile has fallen off. I have been able to glue these back on.

Previously we had had the whole wall regrouted.

When we get particularly heavy rain and wind there can be are slight leaking.

How can this be repaired.

Given that this wall extends over two storeys and is allowing water into the building during wind-driven rain, I’d recommend having it assessed by a professional rather than attempting to seal individual cracks yourself.

From your photo, these appear to be translucent blocks installed as an external wall system rather than individual decorative tiles. If some of the blocks themselves are cracking and sections have already broken away, simply regrouting the joints or sealing visible cracks might not address the underlying deterioration or provide a reliable weatherproof repair.

I’d suggest contacting a glazier or company experienced with glass or acrylic block wall systems. They can identify exactly what the blocks are, assess the condition of the blocks and joints, and determine whether individual damaged sections can be replaced or whether more extensive work is required.

Given the height of the wall, I'd also leave any external inspection and repair work to the professionals.
