How to remove Mondella mixer tap?

Hello,

I am trying to remove my current tap so I can install a new one but am having trouble doing so. I am unable to remove what I believe is the locking nut (black tube). Is there any way to remove this or I am doing it incorrectly? I have tried removing by hand and spraying wd-40 as there appears to be minor rusting, but it won’t budge. I cannot find any instructions on removal of this tap.

Unfortunately, removing and replacing a mixer tap is considered plumbing work and needs to be carried out by a licensed plumber.

I'd recommend contacting a licensed plumber to complete the swap for you. Alternatively, you might like to take advantage of our Tap Installation service, where you can arrange installation of your new tap.
