How to order replacement cable for Lytworx festoon lights?

Lytworx 50 Warm White Connectable Aspen Festoon Lights.

Where do we get replacement cable components? I can't find a thing, and Bunning Spare Parts Desk won't help. For $85 a set, I am surprised and also disappointed it is proving to be so difficult to get a simple part.

Many thanks

Hi @JulieK,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

In order for me to assist to the best of my ability, I am going to ask a few questions to narrow down what the exact issue is. This will help to guide our next steps.

Is there a particular connection that has become damaged or is no longer making a reliable connection, or is there another reason you're looking to replace the cable?

Are there any markings on the cable or connection that resemble a serial number or part number?

Is there a bulb that is no longer working?

If we can identify the specific issue, I can certainly look into options for replacement parts. Unfortunately, if they are not available, we may need to look at our other options.

How long have you had the festoon lights? Do you still have the receipt?

If you feel you haven't received a reasonable amount of use from the lights before this issue developed, you could also take them back to your local Bunnings store and speak with a manager about whether a warranty replacement would be appropriate. If you still have your receipt, it would be handy to bring it with you, but if you no longer have it but can locate the purchase in your bank records, a manager at the store of purchase will be able to assist with reprinting the receipt.

Let me know what you think. I will assist further when you can get back in touch.
