How to remove mixer tap handle?

Question

I'm looking to remove my kitchen tap handle as it needs lubricating, it sticks when turning it on and jumps from nothing to full stream. Unsure how to remove it,  I think you unscrew the pin bit first,  but it's pretty tight.  Tried looking for a you tube video on how to, but can find all other types of taps but not the same as mine. Presume I need to buy special tap lubricant to use one is off.
