How to attach a door to Kaboodle pull-out bin drawer?

Hey brains trust,

I have recently installed this (https://kaboodle.com.au/products/accessories/bins-and-hampers/base-mount-bins/2x26l-base-mount-pullout-bin-au) bin into one of my cupboards at home and the opening of the door, then pulling out the bin is getting a bit much so I want to attach the door to the bins pull out rail but looking for some expert opinions on how best to do that.

I'd like to remove the door hinges and readjust the handle on the door (as it pulls out to the left) and then affix the door to the bin rail. I don't want to ruin my cupboard door in the process so hit me up with your best ideas of how I can affix it, short of just whacking a couple of screws into it.

My apologies for the late reply. I've just gotten a response from Kaboodle technical, and the door can't be attached to the Kaboodle 2 x 26L Base Mount Pullout Bin - to suit 400mm Base Cabinet. The base mount bin does not come with a door attachment kit and can't be retro fitted with a third-party fitting as it is not strong enough to hold the weight of the door. The bins that do allow the door to be attached are either too small such as the 16L bin assembly and the 37L assembly which is too big.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about the pull-out bin drawer.

I've had a look at the assembly instructions for the Kaboodle 2 x 26L Base Mount Pullout Bin - to suit 400mm Base Cabinet but there was no reference to an option for a door being attached to the front of the bin assembly. Please let me check with Kaboodle if there is a provision for this, and as soon as I have more information, I'll get back to you.
